How to write a useful correction request

Please include the page URL, a brief description of the concern, what you believe should change and a reputable supporting source when available. For instance: “The page about a banking charge mentions an old threshold. The bank’s updated fee document dated [date] lists a different condition.” Specific evidence makes it easier to check an issue without guesswork.

For website errors, include the page address, what you clicked, what you expected to happen and the device or browser involved. Screenshots may help, but remove names, account numbers and other private information before sharing them.

Important: We are not bank customer support

NJPEJOB publishes independent finance information. We do not operate accounts for banks, issue cards or loans, process refunds, reverse UPI transactions, change CIBIL reports or act for the RBI or NPCI. We cannot investigate your individual bank account or recover stolen funds from a message to this address.

If you are facing an active payment scam, contact your bank or payment provider immediately using its official channels. In India, financial cybercrime can be reported through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and relevant official helpline 1930. For an existing service complaint, the institution’s grievance mechanism is usually the starting point.

Protect your information

Please never email OTPs, UPI PINs, card CVVs, banking passwords, complete card numbers, full account statements, Aadhaar numbers or other sensitive identity and payment details to NJPEJOB. We do not need them for editorial enquiries. Avoid including another person’s private data without their permission.
